TRI-LIFT
Tri-Lift is a strength training program for endurance athletes focused on mobility, stability, core, and full body strength & power.
This program runs both IN-PERSON and ONLINE and all participants receive a recording of each session, so workouts can be completed at a convenient time for you.
Dates: September 9th - November 6th
Days / Times:Tuesday @ 6:30pm - 7:30pm & Thursday @ 5:30pm - 6:30pm
Investment:
2x/week = $297+tax (18 sessions total)
1x/week = $162+tax (9 sessions total)
Drop-in = $25+tax
