Small group training is affordable and fun, while providing accountability, encouragement, education, and social support. Your sessions are led regularly by one trainer who keeps track of your progress and keeps you challenged. Training with same group of people allows for periodization and gradual progression in difficulty of lifts, which enhances the safety of exercising.
We are excited about the opportunity to coach you in a smaller group. It allows us to modify workouts for the individual, to use more variety in training as well as teach more complex and challenging movements. We truly believe that in this setting the quality is the best that it can be and we know you will to.
We know that many of our clients want to workout almost every day of the week so we have also introduced a “4 or more” package for our small groups which gives you access to up to 25 small group classes per month. We continue to offer our small group punch passes and our 2 or 3 times per week options. The programming for the small groups is also coordinated with all of our training staff so you can mix and match your small group training and come on back to back to back days.
All small group monthly packages include online fitness classes to give you the option to train everyday!
Our Perform Small Group Sessions are for anyone who wants to be the best version of themselves. The name really says it all. It is not enough to look a certain way if you don’t feel a certain way. Our goal is to have you able to move better, lift more, run faster, go longer, & perform better through this ever-evolving program. No matter what you want to do with your body this program will have you feeling fit & strong enough to take on any challenge.
Our Foundation Small Group Sessions are for all fitness levels. Our goal is to build from the foundation up, breaking down movements to make sure you are educated on how to move properly & safely, while increasing overall strength. We want you to be able to complete daily activities with ease & make sure you are capable of doing what you love for years. The Foundations Small Group Sessions are a great intro to strength training & gives alternatives for non-impact exercises, but will also continue to challenge beginner to intermediate fitness levels.
