Basics

Momma Strength (Basics)


6-week program | 12 sessions total
Runs throughout the year


Momma STRENGTH (BASICS) builds from the inside out creating a strong foundation learning how to activate and use your deep core and pelvic floor. It is designed for ALL mommas whether you are 6-weeks postpartum or 2-yrs, this session is meant to help build a strong foundation to strengthen and heal common postpartum concerns. With weekly deep core and pelvic floor exercises we will also work on building back up and increasing whole-body strength and conditioning. Intention now and intensity later, still effective and still worth doing to lay the foundation of success. This baby friendly session allows mommas to cater to baby’s needs, while connecting with other mommas in the community.

 

Build

Momma Strength (Build)


6-week program | 12 sessions total
Runs throughout the year


Momma STRENGTH (BUILD) will progress off of (BASICS) and will continue to focus on deep core and pelvic floor activation while increasing whole-body strength and conditioning. This program will increase in intensity but will still be focused on healing and strengthening from the inside out.

This baby friendly program allows mommas to cater to baby’s needs, while connecting with other mommas in the community.

 

ADVANCED

Momma Strength (Advanced)


6-week program | 12 sessions total
Runs throughout the year


Momma STRENGTH (ADVANCED)* will take the foundation you have built during (BASICS) & (BUILD) and will now focus on continually challenging you to get you back where you want to be and ready to take on any fitness challenge. This baby friendly program allows mommas to cater to baby’s needs, while connecting with other mommas in the community.

Foundations Women's Strength

SMALL GROUP TRAINING

WOMEN'S STRENGTH


Days / Time: Monday & Wednesday @ 5pm 
Location: 2124 Grant Rd 

 

Foundations Women's Strength is a part of our weekly Small Group Training schedule. This session incorporates full body workout with focus on strengthening core and pelvic floor. BUILDING from the inside out, Women’s STRENGTH will help create a strong foundation focusing on mobility, deep core exercises and increasing whole-body strength & conditioning.

 

This session is designed for prenatal and postnatal mommas of all fitness levels, to help maintain and increase strength, cardio, and flexibility during and after their pregnancy. A large focus will also be on core stability, core recovery, and pelvic floor strength development. This baby friendly session allows moms to cater to baby’s needs and workout with their baby, while connecting with other mommas in the community.
