About Tanisha

Tanisha grew up dancing in Regina at the Youth Ballet of Saskatchewan. She trained in various forms of dance, including ballet, pointe, modern, and jazz. She was a member of Youth Ballet’s performing company for five years where she had the opportunity to perform at many events around Saskatchewan such as Telemiracle and the daCi Canada Conference. As a student, Tanisha completed Royal Academy
of Dance exams Grades 1 through Advanced 2 with distinction awards. Her dance studies took her across Canada for workshops and programs at the School of Alberta Ballet, Canada's Ballet Jörgen, the Royal Winnipeg Ballet, and the Ryerson University School of Performance.

To continue her love of performing, Tanisha is currently a member of the Saskatchewan Roughriders Cheer Team. She is passionate about the community of Rider Nation, and the professional growth this opportunity has provided her. Tanisha’s passion for dance inspired her to become a dance instructor at Youth Ballet of Saskatchewan. She enjoys teaching people of all ages and abilities in ballet and jazz. She fell in love with coaching and experiencing her students’ successes alongside them. Level 10 has quickly become a second home for Tanisha and she is excited to continue building her career in the industry.

  • Perform Strength + Conditioning will focus on muscular development to improve overall functional strength, while also including cardiovascular exercises, that will challenge your aerobic and anaerobic systems.

    Our Perform Small Group Sessions are for anyone who wants to be the best version of themselves. The name really says it all. It is not enough to look a certain way if you don’t feel a certain way. Our goal is to have you able to move better, lift more, run faster, go longer, & perform better through this ever-evolving program. No matter what you want to do with your body this series will have you feeling fit & strong enough to take on any challenge.

  • Perform RIDE & Lift
  • Perform RIDE & LIFT is a 60-min small group session that will be on the bike with fast paced interval work, endurance sets, and hill climbs. Between sets you are off the bike with challenging and functional strength movements.

  • Perform Women’s Group will focus on all aspects of fitness – mobility, strength, stability, core & cardiovascular fitness. Expect full body challenging workouts 3x per week.

    1x/week - Tuesday OR Thursday (14 sessions) - $252+tax
    2x/week - Tuesday AND Thursday (28 sessions) - $504+tax

    Payment options:
    1x/week - Full payment is due upon registration.
    2x/week - The first payment ($252+tax) is due on September 2nd and the second payment ($252+tax) is due on October 21st.

    TRI-LIFT

    Tri-Lift is a strength training program for endurance athletes focused on mobility, stability, core, and full body strength & power.

    This program runs both IN-PERSON and ONLINE and all participants receive a recording of each session, so workouts can be completed at a convenient time for you.

    Dates: September 9th - November 6th 

    Days / Times:Tuesday @ 6:30pm - 7:30pm & Thursday @ 5:30pm - 6:30pm 

    Investment:

    2x/week = $297+tax (18 sessions total)

    1x/week = $162+tax (9 sessions total)

    Drop-in = $25+tax

  • Barre

    Dance into this new small group session where Coach Tanisha takes you through a progressive Barre program, adding a twist to your LIFT sessions with new movements and SPICING it up with musical beats. Never danced before? No problem! Tanisha will break down each movement starting with the BASICS demonstrating throughout the session, to the beat, with you.
