Level 10 is a diverse environment where children and youth athletes of many different capabilities can have success. Our training sessions are individualized; however, still performed in group settings similar to organized sports. At Level 10 we teach the fundamentals of movement, which transfer into any sport or activity, in a way that everyone will adopt these skills which will last a lifetime.
In our Sport Academy programs our goal is to help athletes perform at a higher level in their sport. They are developed to help our athletes jump higher, run faster and finish the game strong. No matter the sport, the development of strength, speed, power and agility keep our athletes one step ahead and ready for competition.

This program will expose athletes to the basics of training and how much fun exercise can be. Building physical literacy and proper movement patterns is the foundation of an active lifestyle and improving sport specific skills. The goal is to create a fun environment where athletes at this age can work on controlling their body in space, gain strength, and have fun playing games. Athletes will be taken through basic calisthenics movements as well as parkour, and will include other focuses such as plyometrics, speed and agility, and core strength. The FUNdamentals + Youth Sport Academy sets up our athletes for future pursuits of sport and fitness.
