Group/Team Consultations

Team sessions (small and large group) are a great way to either address immediate needs/ challenges within the group or to build new/ improve existing mental skills for improved team performance.

Come as you are! Everyone should bring a notebook + pen. Handouts are provided (and encouraged to be kept for future reference.

As mental performance professionals, we often work closely with parents when providing mental training for their young athletes. Parents are better equipped to instill confidence in their young athletes when they are knowledgeable about the importance of how the athletes’ mindset affects their performance. This means that they are informed of the mental challenges involved in their child’s sport, and they understand some of the strategies and techniques that can be employed. Furthermore, understanding how their own communication (spoken and unspoken) impacts their child’s success and enjoyment in sport and life.

MPC’s have met a high standard of academic qualifications and applied experience in the field of sport psychology. A qualified MPC will have a post-graduate degree in sport psychology and be a certified professional member of the Canadian Sport Psychology Association. Working with a qualified MPC ensures that you get a professional who is accountable for their knowledge and expertise.
