About Luigi
Luigi was born and raised in Regina. He is a graduate at the University of Regina with a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, majoring in Human Kinetics. Growing up he was always involved in sports and physical activities including basketball, volleyball, soccer, and rugby. Ultimately, basketball is the sport he loves the most. Luigi also has a background in dance, including hip hop, breakdancing and Filipino folk dancing. Luigi always knew strength and conditioning was beneficial for everyone, especially athletes, after overcoming a knee injury and returning to his athletic potential. Luigi strives to help others attain their athletic potential as well as discover a lifestyle in health and fitness.

  • Perform Men’s Group focuses on all aspects of fitness throughout the week - mobility, strength, stability, core & cardiovascular fitness. Expect full body challenging workouts 3x/week.

    Monday –Functional Strength
    Wednesday –Strength
    Friday – Metabolic Conditioning & Stretch

    Our Perform Small Group Sessions are for anyone who wants to be the best version of themselves. The name really says it all. It is not enough to look a certain way if you don’t feel a certain way. Our goal is to have you able to move better, lift more, run faster, go longer, & perform better through this ever-evolving program. No matter what you want to do with your body this series will have you feeling fit & strong enough to take on any challenge.

    JAK x Level 10 BASKETBALL ACADEMY (ALL AGES)

    JAK x Level 10 are teaming up to bring you a program that will focus on half court ball handling skills and basketball specific strength & conditioning. During this 90-min session each athlete will be grouped by age and skill level with 45-mins on the court and 45-mins off the court. To perform at the highest level this season, keep showing up and putting in the work.

    Dates: September 8th - 29th 

    Days / Time: Monday & Wednesday @ 7pm - 8:30pm (90-mins) ALL AGES 

    Location: 2124 Grant Rd

    Capacity: 15 athletes

    Investment: $35+tax per session
