We’re gearing up to support as many of Level 10 clients as possible who want to experience the rush of competing in the upcoming HYROX fitness competitions.
Participating in the competition isn't the only way to get involved with HYROX. You can also join us for HYROX group training right here at Level 10, where you can enjoy the benefits of this unique training style in a non-competitive, supportive environment. It’s perfect for those who are looking for an effective and safe way to enhance their fitness without the pressures of competition.
Sharpen your run game and race strategy with the L10 HYROX Conditioning workout - a focused training session built around race-specific intervals. Designed to mimic the demands of HYROX, this session targets pacing and fatigue management while building overall fitness. Expect a mix of intervals, tempo efforts and hill repeats to help you improve your speed and stamina.
This session is great for HYBRID athletes including those looking to compete in a HYROX event, QCM, or any running event.
