For clients new to our facility, we offer a FREE 30min Orientation where you will experience a tour of our 15,000 square foot facility by one of our Performance Coaches who will introduce you to some of our staff and talk with you about your needs and fitness goals.
Our consultation process will give us the information we need to guide you as you begin your training journey with us. We will be able to show you our training options and help to start up a plan specifically for you to get you on the right path for success. Our recommendation is to book a fitness assessment with one of our trainers before you get started with any training at our facility. A fitness assessment gives us an opportunity to spend some time with you one-on-one and to discuss and to better understand your goals, needs, and desires. It also allows us to determine your fitness level through a series of health screening and physical testing which assists us in giving you the best advice in what training will suit you the best.
