About Shea:
Shea was raised in Regina, Saskatchewan, where he found a passion for movement and sports from a young age. Growing up, Shea competed in soccer, playing for Queen City. He was also involved in an after-school martial arts program studying Hapkido. In high school, Shea competed in boxing, winning the provincial title for his weight class. As Shea grew older, his passions shifted towards movement practices such as parkour, dance, and yoga. Shea completed a 200-hour Yoga teaching certificate in Koh Samui Thailand, and obtained his Functional Range mobility specialist in 2020. In 2022 he graduated from the U of R, majoring in human kinetics. Shea enjoys sharing his passions for fitness and movement while helping others find their passions and reasons to move.

In our Sport Academy programs our goal is to help athletes perform at a higher level in their sport. They are developed to help our athletes jump higher, run faster and finish the game strong. No matter the sport, the development of strength, speed, power and agility keep our athletes one step ahead and ready for competition

FOUNDATION SERIES
Our Foundations Small Group Sessions are for all fitness levels. Our goal is to build from the foundation up, breaking down movements to make sure you are educated on how to move properly & safely, while increasing overall strength. We want you to be able to complete daily activities with ease & make sure you are capable of doing what you love for years. The Foundations Small Group Sessions are a great intro to strength training & gives alternatives for non-impact exercises, but will also continue to challenge beginner to intermediate fitness levels.

PERFORM SERIES
Our Perform Small Group Sessions are for anyone who wants to be the best version of themselves. The name really says it all. It is not enough to look a certain way if you don’t feel a certain way. Our goal is to have you able to move better, lift more, run faster, go longer, & perform better through this ever-evolving program. No matter what you want to do with your body this series will have you feeling fit & strong enough to take on any challenge.
A short 30-minute mat-based session focused on range of motion movements that merit joint control and longevity, stretching the body and releasing tension.
This session is perfect for after workout recovery, or anyone looking for a quick Stretch & Release!
