At Level 10 Fitness Regina we offer programs for athletes wanting to improve their run form and fitness, as well as athletes who want to take their training to the next level and prepare for University racing. No matter where you are at, we will help you to get better, faster and stronger and help you reach your goals. We care about our athletes and their progress and success in the sport.
It can be tough to stay motivated to run in the fall and winter. Our run program will focus on form and technique and speed development and keep you motivated during the winter months.
Come out and join our Fast Friday indoor run workouts! These workouts are scientifically designed to make you fitter and faster and minimize the risk of injuries.

The focus of our Lightning Swim is Front Crawl (Freestyle) Swimming for distance and Open water events. Although our focus is geared towards triathlon swimming, athletes in our program have earned University Scholarships and most recently one of our athletes placed 17th at Canwest in the 800m in a time of 9:33.10.meets. Ages 11 and up are welcome.

Lightnng Bolts is a program designed for kids ages 7-11. Speed and power are paramount to performing better in most sports. Often the best players on the field of play are usually also the fastest and the most powerful. This program will focus on learning the basics of running, jumping and throwing with an opportunity to compete in local track meets.
There will also be an opportunity to compete at local track meets. Please note that Sask Athletics membership will be mandatory if athlete wishes to compete.

Level 10 Lightning Track & Field Club offers event specific training for racing, both sprints and mid-long distance, as well as training for the jumping events (excluding Pole Vault). The club runs nearly year round with the summer season starting in May and the Fall/Winter season starting in September. Below are the details of the Fall/ Winter program.
Level 10 Lightning is a track club that provides high level training for sprints, jumps and distance events. We offer training for the full club season starting on September 2nd and ending in June. Our registration is open until October 31st. After this date we will not be accepting registration until May when we open up a separate group for summer training. (The Mid distance group will remain open all season depending on space).
The can choose from 4x, 3x, 2x or 1x/week. You can change your commitment from month to month but the days you want to train will have to remain for the month. Please note, with the club getting larger, you will NOT be able to switch days during the month. The only practices you can attend are those that you sign up for. There is one time $50 competition fee that will be added to the first payment for the outdoor season. This fee is to cover coaching cost for meets. Competing isn't mandatory but it is highly encouraged and you are welcome to compete as much or as little as you would like.
