About Garrett:
Growing up in Regina, Garrett played any and all sports available to him. As he works towards a degree in Human Kinetics at the U of R he continues to participate in many sports including baseball, hockey and football. Garrett also trains in taekwon-do and has represented Canada in three World Championships. In addition to training in taekwon-do, he is also an instructor at several clubs throughout the city. Outside of organized sports, Garrett enjoys many other forms of activity including biking, snowboarding and golfing. With his broad background and interests, he looks forward to sharing his love of physical activity with clients.

Perform S+C (Calisthenics) @ Grant Rd
Perform S+C (calisthenics) will focus on muscular development to improve overall functional strength, cardiovascular exercises that will challenge your aerobic & anaerobic systems, and body weight movements, learning how to move efficiently through space. Handstands, somersaults, pull-ups, parallel bars, rings are all used in this progressive session to help you gain amazing strength.

Perform HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) involves giving all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active recovery periods. A full body workout that builds cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular strength and endurance.

Perform Warrior @ Compound
Perform Warrior @ COMPOUND will focus on strength gains, but will also test your endurance, power, as well as mental strength with unconventional movements, such as battle ropes, tire flips, and sledgehammer slams. This session will test you and push you out of your comfort zone. A great addition into your training schedule for those preparing for obstacle races or a perfect switch up in your strength training.

FOUNDATION SERIES
Our Foundations Small Group Sessions are for all fitness levels. Our goal is to build from the foundation up, breaking down movements to make sure you are educated on how to move properly & safely, while increasing overall strength. We want you to be able to complete daily activities with ease & make sure you are capable of doing what you love for years. The Foundations Small Group Sessions are a great intro to strength training & gives alternatives for non-impact exercises, but will also continue to challenge beginner to intermediate fitness levels.

Perform RIDE @ Grant Rd
Perform RIDE mimics what it is like to RIDE outside on your bike. This 60-min small group session will cover fast paced interval work as well as slowing it down with challenging hill climbs and endurance sets. Working in perceived excursion zones we can maximize training for all levels.
