About Michelle
Originally from Winnipeg, Michelle spent her whole life involved in sport and physical activity, including dance, soccer, ultimate frisbee, track & field, and speed skating. She was an elite speed skater for 13 years, competed at 2011 and 2015 Canada Winter Games in short track and long track respectively, and trained at the National Training Centre at the Olympic Oval in Calgary for several years. After retiring from skating, she moved to Regina to complete her Bachelor of Kinesiology. She started working at Level 10 Fitness with the Admin team in 2017, and began coaching with the Regina Speed Skating Club. Since graduating with a major in Human Kinetics in 2021, she completed a post-grad internship with the University of Regina Athlete Health & Performance Institute, where she was part of the strength & conditioning staff for the Regina Rams, Cougars Soccer and Volleyball teams. She also trained two classes of police recruits from the Saskatchewan Police College, which expanded her interest into tactical strength training. Michelle was the Team Regina Head Coach for short track speed skating at the 2023 Saskatchewan Winter Games, and has coached alongside the Provincial Coach at national-level meets while developing her coaching portfolio. She loves coaching and skating, dancing, skiing, running, yoga, being outdoors, and is bilingual in English and American Sign Language.
About Tanisha
Tanisha grew up dancing in Regina at the Youth Ballet of Saskatchewan. She trained in various forms of dance, including ballet, pointe, modern, and jazz. She was a member of Youth Ballet’s performing company for five years where she had the opportunity to perform at many events around Saskatchewan such as Telemiracle and the daCi Canada Conference. As a student, Tanisha completed Royal Academy
of Dance exams Grades 1 through Advanced 2 with distinction awards. Her dance studies took her across Canada for workshops and programs at the School of Alberta Ballet, Canada's Ballet Jörgen, the Royal Winnipeg Ballet, and the Ryerson University School of Performance.
To continue her love of performing, Tanisha is currently a member of the Saskatchewan Roughriders Cheer Team. She is passionate about the community of Rider Nation, and the professional growth this opportunity has provided her. Tanisha’s passion for dance inspired her to become a dance instructor at Youth Ballet of Saskatchewan. She enjoys teaching people of all ages and abilities in ballet and jazz. She fell in love with coaching and experiencing her students’ successes alongside them. Level 10 has quickly become a second home for Tanisha and she is excited to continue building her career in the industry.
With aspirations of becoming a physician specializing in Orthopaedics or Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, he combines scientific research with a deep passion for human connection. Ovesh values the opportunity to learn from every client’s story and strives to build meaningful relationships through his work. He also had the honor of representing Mauritius at the Paris Olympic Games and World Championship.
Laura works with a variety of clients ranging from private to small group sessions, and now as a mother of 2 beautiful girls, Laura has started to focus on pregnancy and postpartum fitness / recovery where she has developed her Momma STRENGTH programs. Building from the foundation up, Laura progressively challenges her clients, showing them just how much they are capable of.

About Shea:
Shea was raised in Regina, Saskatchewan, where he found a passion for movement and sports from a young age. Growing up, Shea competed in soccer, playing for Queen City. He was also involved in an after-school martial arts program studying Hapkido. In high school, Shea competed in boxing, winning the provincial title for his weight class. As Shea grew older, his passions shifted towards movement practices such as parkour, dance, and yoga. Shea completed a 200-hour Yoga teaching certificate in Koh Samui Thailand, and obtained his Functional Range mobility specialist in 2020. In 2022 he graduated from the U of R, majoring in human kinetics. Shea enjoys sharing his passions for fitness and movement while helping others find their passions and reasons to move.
