Perform S+C (calisthenics) will focus on muscular development to improve overall functional strength, cardiovascular exercises that will challenge your aerobic & anaerobic systems, and body weight movements, learning how to move efficiently through space. Handstands, somersaults, pull-ups, parallel bars, rings are all used in this progressive session to help you gain amazing strength.

Our Perform Small Group Sessions are for anyone who wants to be the best version of themselves. The name really says it all. It is not enough to look a certain way if you don’t feel a certain way. Our goal is to have you able to move better, lift more, run faster, go longer, & perform better through this ever-evolving program. No matter what you want to do with your body this series will have you feeling fit & strong enough to take on any challenge.
