About Ty
Growing up in Melfort Ty was very involved in sports his entire life. He played volleyball, lacrosse, basketball, badminton and Track. Track has been his biggest passion for as long as he can remember and he is a proud Alumni of the University of Regina Track team. His main event is high jump but he has competed in almost every event. Ty enjoys spending time at the lake in the summers, being out on the water is one of his favourite things. He also loves helping others become the best versions of themselves and using personal training to do that is something he hopes to do for a long time.

Luigi Herreria

About Luigi
Luigi was born and raised in Regina. He is a graduate at the University of Regina with a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, majoring in Human Kinetics. Growing up he was always involved in sports and physical activities including basketball, volleyball, soccer, and rugby. Ultimately, basketball is the sport he loves the most. Luigi also has a background in dance, including hip hop, breakdancing and Filipino folk dancing. Luigi always knew strength and conditioning was beneficial for everyone, especially athletes, after overcoming a knee injury and returning to his athletic potential. Luigi strives to help others attain their athletic potential as well as discover a lifestyle in health and fitness.

About Ovesh
 
Originally from the island of Mauritius, Ovesh grew up immersed in sport—competing in soccer, volleyball, track and field, and ultimately finding his passion in swimming. During his undergraduate studies, he was a proud member of the University of Regina Cougars swim team, representing the school throughout the entirety of his degree. Now pursuing his Master of Science at the University of Regina, Ovesh is involved in an NFL-funded clinical trial focused on cannabinoids and concussion recovery.

With aspirations of becoming a physician specializing in Orthopaedics or Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, he combines scientific research with a deep passion for human connection. Ovesh values the opportunity to learn from every client’s story and strives to build meaningful relationships through his work. He also had the honor of representing Mauritius at the Paris Olympic Games and World Championship.

Shea Usick

About Shea:
Shea was raised in Regina, Saskatchewan, where he found a passion for movement and sports from a young age. Growing up, Shea competed in soccer, playing for Queen City. He was also involved in an after-school martial arts program studying Hapkido. In high school, Shea competed in boxing, winning the provincial title for his weight class. As Shea grew older, his passions shifted towards movement practices such as parkour, dance, and yoga. Shea completed a 200-hour Yoga teaching certificate in Koh Samui Thailand, and obtained his Functional Range mobility specialist in 2020. In 2022 he graduated from the U of R, majoring in human kinetics. Shea enjoys sharing his passions for fitness and movement while helping others find their passions and reasons to move.

Perform Men’s Group focuses on all aspects of fitness throughout the week - mobility, strength, stability, core & cardiovascular fitness. Expect full body challenging workouts 3x/week.

Our Perform Small Group Sessions are for anyone who wants to be the best version of themselves. The name really says it all. It is not enough to look a certain way if you don’t feel a certain way. Our goal is to have you able to move better, lift more, run faster, go longer, & perform better through this ever-evolving program. No matter what you want to do with your body this series will have you feeling fit & strong enough to take on any challenge.
