About:
While growing up, Emery participated in a number of artistic sports and activities, but figure skating was always her main focus. Throughout her competitive skating career, she trained at Level 10 which allowed her to gain an appreciation for strength and conditioning training. In addition to figure skating, Emery has been Ukrainian dancing with the Poltava Ensemble since she can remember, and has spent over 10 years instructing, which has become her biggest passion! In recent years, she has also had the chance to travel internationally on several occasions to perform and train alongside amazing dancers from around the world. These experiences lead her to obtain her Kinesiology degree at U of R and complete her fieldwork at Level 10, where she truly learned the value of training to improve not only sports performance but maintaining and improving quality of life. Emery enjoys working with all different populations to help them achieve their fitness goals!

Description:
Get ready to sweat for a great cause! We’re coming together for an energizing workout to support Regina’s Poltava Ensemble and our own performance coach, Emery Millette, as they prepare to represent our local multicultural community on the world stage this fall in Mexico at an international dance festival.
The Poltava Ensemble of Song, Music, and Dance is a dynamic 50-member Ukrainian group of dancers and musicians that has been celebrating and sharing Ukrainian culture with audiences across Canada and around the globe with roots dating back to 1922. Their next exciting chapter begins this fall as they take their talents to an international audience once again!
Level 10 is proud to back both Poltava and Emery as they embark on this unforgettable cultural journey, proudly sharing the spirit of Ukraine and Canada with the world.
All proceeds from this event will help cover essential costs such as costume and instrument shipping, musical equipment rentals, cultural programming, and many other expenses involved in making this tour a success.
Come move with us and make a meaningful impact—your sweat supports culture, connection, and community!
