About Chantal

Chantal began her journey with Yoga in 2019. She initially approached yoga for its therapeutic benefits not knowing that it would become something she was so passionate about. In March 2020 she completed her 200 HR yoga teacher training program under the guidance of her teacher, Emma Korkola; and she is currently working towards her 500 HR RYT designation.

Chantal truly believes that the benefits of yoga are endless: increased mobility, stress reduction, deep tissue activation, improved strength, self awareness and learning to connect movement with breath. Teaching yoga brings her so much joy: she loves seeing students learn to inhabit their bodies in new and healthy ways; and she love providing challenge and seeing students grow.

Level 10 has brought so much happiness and health to Chantal’s life for over 10 years and she is very grateful for the opportunity to be apart of the yoga teaching team here and share her knowledge of yoga with this wonderful community.

About Lee:
I've always been that individual seeking the ultimate healthy lifestyle, for both body & mind.
Yoga transformed my relationship with myself & brought such a positive energy into my day to day life.
The relationship between movement and breath is a beautiful thing. I'm always learning new things about myself, throughout my practice and accept that I'm always changing.
The positive impact it's had on my life, inspires me to share my my knowledge with others, so that they too can find that connection with themselves.
Yin Yoga @ Level 10 is a slow paced, passive style of yoga suitable for all levels of fitness & flexibility. Postures are designed to safely apply gentle stress to connective tissues that form our joints. Postures are held for longer periods of time, targeting the ligaments, tendons & fascia of the body. Yin Yoga is a perfect balance to more intense forms of fitness training, & to enjoy the benefits of improved range of motion / flexibility while cultivating your inner calmness.
