Yin Yoga (HOME WORKOUT)

Yin Yoga ONLINE is a slow paced, passive style of yoga suitable for all levels of fitness & flexibility. Postures are designed to safely apply gentle stress to connective tissues that form our joints. Postures are held for longer periods of time, targeting the ligaments, tendons & fascia of the body. Yin Yoga is a perfect balance to more intense forms of fitness training, & to enjoy the benefits of improved range of motion / flexibility while cultivating your inner calmness.

Information:

• 15mins prior to the start of your fitness class you will receive your class link by email. MAKE sure your EMAIL is up to date on your account

• Before your class please head to the APP Store on your smart device (Phone / IPAD) & download the ZOOM APP for FREE


• From your computer when you receive your class link (that is sent 15mins prior to the start of your class time) all you have to do is click on the link & it will take you right into your class

 

FLOOR SPACE NEEDED – a clear small section of floor space without any obstacles to trip on

SUGGESTED EQUIPMENT – Yoga Mat & accessories (block, bolsters) but not required, Towel or blanket or small pillow (for kneeling)

Some classes are extended to 55minutes in length.
