
JAK x Level 10 are teaming up to bring you another program that will focus on half court ball handling skills and basketball specific strength & conditioning. During this 90-min session each athlete will be grouped by age and skill level with 45-mins on the court and 45-mins off the court. To perform at the highest level this season, keep showing up and putting in the work.
