About Ali

Ali is passionate about helping individuals get back to doing what they love after an injury or incident, and she believes in taking a proactive, preventative approach to health and wellness. Building strong therapeutic relationships with her clients is at the heart of her practice. By truly understanding each person’s unique goals and challenges, Ali strives to empower them to take an active role in their rehab journey.
Ali believes that every person has their own inspiration for living a happy and active life, and she enjoy discovering what drives each of her clients to be their best self. Whether it's returning to sport or simply staying pain-free, her goal is to help them achieve and maintain their full potential.

Outside of work, Ali enjoys staying active through basketball, football, skiing, golfing, wakesurfing, and mountain biking. Having grown up training at Level 10, it has played a pivotal role in her own fitness journey—first as a youth athlete, then as an adult focusing on personal training, and more recently in her postpartum fitness journey. It’s exciting for her to now be part of the Level 10 team, where she can combine her passion for movement and rehabilitation to support others in achieving their goals.
