About Dr. Godwin
Dr. Brian Godwin graduated from the University of Regina with honours in 2014 from the faculty of kinesiology and Health studies, majoring in human kinetics. He went on to graduate from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 2018. Dr. Godwin’s main focus is helping his patients reach their musculo-skeletal health care goals, whether it is to relieve pain, maintain health, or to optimize performance. As a former provincial soccer player, he understands the importance of overall health and well-being along with the importance of post injury care. Dr. Godwin believes in a patient first individualized approach utilizing evidence based guidelines and the most current research.
Dr. Godwin has a unique style of practice that incorporates a combination of traditional chiropractic treatments and movements while accommodating muscle release techniques and home stretching/strengthening regimens. Together these can help to achieve full recovery quicker, and maintain it. One philosophy that Dr. Godwin believes strongly is that no one should ever feel rushed out of his office. He enjoys taking the time to build rapports with his patients and understand each case to the best of his ability. Dr. Godwin treats a diverse range of patients including kids to elderly, as well as high level athletes and weekend warriors.
In his spare time Dr. Godwin enjoys an active lifestyle with his wife Nicole and their young children Aldon, Grey and Harmony. A couple of his favourite activities include long distance running and cross country skiing.
