Sheena Goodbrand is a Registered Massage Therapist with over 15 years of experience. She is working towards her degree in Health Sciences from Thompson Rivers University in BC. Sheena has taken multiple myofascial release courses, as well as Pre/Post Natal massage therapy training and Massage during Labor. She is a trained Doula and has specialized in myofascial visceral treatment prior to IVF/IUI treatments to assist those experiencing fertility issues.
Sheena has coached figure skating and power skating for over 20 years, has completed a partial NCCP Level 3 Coaching Certification with Skate Canada, and was an accomplished competitive skater herself achieving Triple Gold Test levels. Sheena's skating skills on blades made the transition to wheels quite easy, and she has been playing and coaching roller derby since 2014. She is a member of Pile O' Bones Roller Derby here in Regina, skating for the A travel team, the Skulls. She has been the Co-Captain of Team Saskatchewan, and a Coach for the Miss Demeanors Junior Roller Derby team that placed 5th in the world in 2019. Prior to the pandemic, she was the Head Coach with Roller Derby Athletics, training roller derby athletes from all over the world.
Sheena enjoys staying very active, and along with skating on different skates each week, she keeps herself busy with strength and cardio training, yoga, running, and swimming. Sheena has been a member of the Level 10 family for many years, both of her daughters have participated in sport specific training with Level 10, and she has valued maintaining her family’s health and fitness under the care of the Level 10 staff. She has a passion for working with athletes, and looks forward to developing comprehensive, multidisciplinary wellness plans for individuals consulting with the Level 10 trainers, physiotherapists, mental health specialists, and nutrition experts.
