Danni

Growing up just outside of Regina, Danni has been involved in sport for as long as she can remember. She started in gymnastics as soon as she could walk and later participated in speed skating, soccer, volleyball and cheerleading. She was a fiery kid with a competitive spirit and always wanted to be the very best she could be in everything she was a part of! Danni is a former provincial champion in artistic gymnastics, trampoline gymnastics, soccer, volleyball and speed skating, a former Saskatchewan and Canadian record holding speed skater and a national champion in both speed skating and trampoline gymnastics. She competed with the Canadian national team in trampoline gymnastics for three years. Danni was a member of the University of Regina Cheerleading team from 2012-2015 and a coach of the team from 2015-2017 helping the cougars take home four national championship titles and one world title. These days Danni is still passionate about competitive sport but primarily as a coach rather than an athlete. Danni holds her NCCP Level 3 certification in trampoline gymnastics and is working toward her Advanced Coaching Diploma through the Canadian Sport Institute. She has been the provincial trampoline gymnastics coach since 2015 and has coached four athletes (so far) all the way onto the Canadian national team. One of Danni’s favourite aspects of sport is all the opportunities it can provide for athletes and coaches alike. Sport has brought Danni to seven provinces and one territory with the provincial team, eight different countries with the national team, and she’s looking forward to seeing where it takes her next!

Danni is currently not instructing any classes.
