TRI-LIFT PROGRAM

TRI-LIFT 

 

Tri-Lift is a strength training program for endurance athletes focused on mobility, stability, core, and full body strength & power. This program runs both IN-PERSON and ONLINE and all participants receive a recording of each session, so workouts can be completed at a convenient time for you.

 

Tri-LIFT (SEPT-NOV) 

Dates: September 9th – November 6th

 

Days / Times: 

Tuesday @ 6:30pm – 7:30pm (9 sessions total) 

Thursday @ 5:30pm – 6:30pm (9 sessions total)

 

Location: 2124 Grant Rd 

 

Investment: 

1x/week = $162+tax 

2x/week = $297+tax 

Drop-in = $25+tax
