Bio 
Kira grew up in Brandon, MB where she was involved in several competitive sports such as basketball, soccer, volleyball and figure skating. Kira moved to Regina in 2015 to complete her Bachelor's of Kinesiology. She also attended Medicine Hat College and Brandon University where she was a member of their Women’s Basketball Teams. Now she enjoys staying active by working out, playing with her dog, biking and participating in sports like basketball, soccer and ultimate frisbee. Kira has coached many levels of youth basketball including high performance camps, school and club basketball teams. Her love of sport, fitness and coaching is what motivates her as an exercise therapist and a trainer. She shares this motivation with clients to help them reach their goals in a challenging and fun way.
 

Lindsay Fish

About Lindsay
Growing up in Moose Jaw, Lindsay participated in multiple sports including speed skating, soccer, basketball, badminton, track and field, and cross country. She went on to the U of R cross-country and track and field team for the 2013/2014 season and competed at the 2013 CIS cross country National championships. Following that season she switched back to speed skating and competed at the 2015 Canada Winter games for long track speed skating. Since then She has continued to play recreational sports including soccer and ultimate Frisbee. Lindsay enjoys working with the general population and athletes, helping everyone accomplish their fitness and athletic goals.

About Thomas
Coming from Weyburn, the opportunity to play any sport offered is what Thomas did. Constantly wanting to stay active, Thomas focused his efforts on Football and hockey officiating, playing for the Regina Thunder of the CJFL and officiating the SJHL and PJHL while completing his BKin at the U of R. Thomas Completed his Fieldwork at L10 before perusing football, where Thomas went to the University of Guelph in Ontario, playing football for the Gryphons, and worked as a personal trainer. Thomas completed an Arts Degree and a Business Certificate at Guelph, before returning back to L10.
 
Thomas loves anything to do with moving and activity, with a lot of passion, energy and motivation for any client looking to better their fitness!

Dan Y Yaskowich

About Daniel
Daniel originally hails from Wynyard, Saskatchewan, and came to Regina to pursue his education at the University of Regina. After completing his degree, Daniel started his career as a personal trainer at Level 10 in 2004. After spending a year with Level 10, he moved to London, Ontario, to work with Velocity Sports Performance as a strength and conditioning coach. Two years later, he moved back to Regina to be closer to home and rejoined the staff at Level 10 in spring 2008. Daniel has worked with a wide spectrum of clients, from elite athletes to people putting their foot in the facility for the first time. He loves the variety of clientele he gets to work with and enjoys the creative side of training he is able to express at Level 10. In his own time, he stays active with playing basketball and hockey, mountain biking, and outdoor activities Daniel has a natural ability to share his knowledge and teach others around him. His enthusiasm to educate people has led him to take on the role as a Fieldwork Coordinator at our facility. This program aids university students in their preparation to become trainers and strength and conditioning coaches. Daniel is also known for his ability to motivate his clients of all ages and inspire them to move forward and leave their insecurities behind.
An all cardiovascular (CV) related class that may include Spin, Treadmill/Outdoor running, Versaclimber, Air Bikes, Rowers, etc. accompanied with core strength movements.
