Bio 
Kira grew up in Brandon, MB where she was involved in several competitive sports such as basketball, soccer, volleyball and figure skating. Kira moved to Regina in 2015 to complete her Bachelor's of Kinesiology. She also attended Medicine Hat College and Brandon University where she was a member of their Women’s Basketball Teams. Now she enjoys staying active by working out, playing with her dog, biking and participating in sports like basketball, soccer and ultimate frisbee. Kira has coached many levels of youth basketball including high performance camps, school and club basketball teams. Her love of sport, fitness and coaching is what motivates her as an exercise therapist and a trainer. She shares this motivation with clients to help them reach their goals in a challenging and fun way.
 

Lindsay Fish

About Lindsay
Growing up in Moose Jaw, Lindsay participated in multiple sports including speed skating, soccer, basketball, badminton, track and field, and cross country. She went on to the U of R cross-country and track and field team for the 2013/2014 season and competed at the 2013 CIS cross country National championships. Following that season she switched back to speed skating and competed at the 2015 Canada Winter games for long track speed skating. Since then She has continued to play recreational sports including soccer and ultimate Frisbee. Lindsay enjoys working with the general population and athletes, helping everyone accomplish their fitness and athletic goals.

About Christine
Christine was born and raised in Regina. She first stepped on the ice at the age of four and fell in love with figure skating. Throughout her figure skating career Christine obtained her Gold level Freeskate, Skills and Interpretive tests, won provincial medals at the Sectional and StarSkate level, and competed at the Skate Canada National Challenge. To enhance her figure skating, Christine studied Ballet and completed the Royal Academy of Dance Grade 1-8 exams and Intermediate Vocational exam. She also trained at Level 10 and saw the value that the training brought to her competitive sport. This inspired Christine to obtain her Kinesiology degree and complete her fieldwork at Level 10, all while coaching figure skating at Skate Regina. Coaching and working at Level 10 has provided her with the knowledge on how to break down and correct movement patterns and motivate her clients. Christine enjoys working with a wide variety of individuals and is very passionate about helping every person achieve his or her fitness goals in addition to maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

About Thomas
Coming from Weyburn, the opportunity to play any sport offered is what Thomas did. Constantly wanting to stay active, Thomas focused his efforts on Football and hockey officiating, playing for the Regina Thunder of the CJFL and officiating the SJHL and PJHL while completing his BKin at the U of R. Thomas Completed his Fieldwork at L10 before perusing football, where Thomas went to the University of Guelph in Ontario, playing football for the Gryphons, and worked as a personal trainer. Thomas completed an Arts Degree and a Business Certificate at Guelph, before returning back to L10.
 
Thomas loves anything to do with moving and activity, with a lot of passion, energy and motivation for any client looking to better their fitness!
The main focus of this class is core strength, but is accompanied by CV work and some strength movements as well.
