About Stephanie
Stephanie is new to the Level 10 team. Her passion for fitness, adventure and health began with a love for our very own Wascana Center. Stephanie grew up as a sprint paddler, collecting national titles and berths on international teams. Stephanie quickly learned that her passion lies in helping others achieve their goals, and moved on to coach paddling athletes of all ages and abilities, including the 2009 Canada Summer Games Team, and several national and international medalists.

More recently, Stephanie’s skills have been put to work by the fitness and lifestyle division of the RCMP, Notre Dame Collegiate and the Cross Canada Canoe Odyssey, a person powered project connecting the Pacific Ocean to the Atlantic Ocean by canoe. Through these experiences, Stephanie has gained knowledge and expertise in athlete development, injury prevention, team work, motivation and strategies for engaging fitness (and zest!) for life.

Stephanie maintains a healthy an adventurous lifestyle through a variety of activities, including paddling, mountain and road biking, trail running and hiking. Stephanie is always looking for ways to keep things fresh and fun, and help clients break down barriers in their lives so they can do the same. Stephanie believes in continual education and staying on the cutting edge, and plans to achieve her NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Certification.
