About Christine
Christine was born and raised in Regina. She first stepped on the ice at the age of four and fell in love with figure skating. Throughout her figure skating career Christine obtained her Gold level Freeskate, Skills and Interpretive tests, won provincial medals at the Sectional and StarSkate level, and competed at the Skate Canada National Challenge. To enhance her figure skating, Christine studied Ballet and completed the Royal Academy of Dance Grade 1-8 exams and Intermediate Vocational exam. She also trained at Level 10 and saw the value that the training brought to her competitive sport. This inspired Christine to obtain her Kinesiology degree and complete her fieldwork at Level 10, all while coaching figure skating at Skate Regina. Coaching and working at Level 10 has provided her with the knowledge on how to break down and correct movement patterns and motivate her clients. Christine enjoys working with a wide variety of individuals and is very passionate about helping every person achieve his or her fitness goals in addition to maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Lindsay Fish

About Lindsay
Growing up in Moose Jaw, Lindsay participated in multiple sports including speed skating, soccer, basketball, badminton, track and field, and cross country. She went on to the U of R cross-country and track and field team for the 2013/2014 season and competed at the 2013 CIS cross country National championships. Following that season she switched back to speed skating and competed at the 2015 Canada Winter games for long track speed skating. Since then She has continued to play recreational sports including soccer and ultimate Frisbee. Lindsay enjoys working with the general population and athletes, helping everyone accomplish their fitness and athletic goals.

Cassandra Serbu

About Cassandra
Cassandra is the type of person that will never go unheard or unnoticed. She loves working with and meeting all kinds of people and enjoys motivating them with her exciting and enthusiastic personality. She completed her undergraduate degree in kinesiology at the University of Regina and is excited to put her knowledge to work. She competed on the U of R Track & Field for her first two years of university and has a strong interest and passion towards rehabilitation because of her own experiences with injury rehabilitation programs. Her experiences include working alongside the strength & conditioning specialist for the U of R Rams Football Team as well as helped to administer workout programs for other athletes at the university. She has also worked with the Athletic Therapists at the university as a student trainer for the U of R Track & Field Team and continues to work with them to promote the care and prevention of injuries. Cassandra is working towards attaining her Strength & Conditioning Certification and is eager to continue her education with her new team. Her philosophy for training is to first do it right, and the rest will follow. As well as being thankful for the incredible things our bodies can do.

About Alissa
Alissa is a very energetic and organized individual who enjoys being involved in many different activities. Her athletic background includes playing softball and competitive cheerleading. She was a member of the University of Regina Cheerleading team from 2003 to 2007 and helped the team to take home several first and second place trophies. In 2007, Alissa became a part of the Saskatchewan Roughrider Cheerleading Team and now performs in front of the sold-out crowds at Mosaic Stadium. Alissa also has over 10 years of coaching experience with a number of high school cheer teams. Due to her extensive cheerleading experience, Alissa enjoys training other cheerleaders, dancers and gymnasts. Alissa’s vibrant and friendly personality has allowed her to work with many diverse populations of people including seasoned athletes and individuals who are becoming physically active for the first time. Alissa has found Level 10 to have a very welcoming atmosphere and loves motivating and challenging all her clientele to reach their personal goals. Alissa exemplifies the intensity and the commitment that Level 10 trainers have come to be known by.

Chelsea Ziolkowski

About Chelsea
Growing up in Weyburn, Saskatchewan, Chelsea was involved in many different sports. She especially took an interest in hockey, volleyball, golf and softball. She went on to play CIS volleyball for the University of Regina Cougars and competed at the National Championship in the 2014 season. She continues to play competitive volleyball, as well as enters Amateur golf tournaments when time permits. Chelsea especially enjoys training general population and elite athletes and teaching spin and boxing fitness classes. Chelsea's passion is in assisting her clients reach their fitness goals and helping them push to achieve a strong and healthy lifestyle. Currently Chelsea is working towards a TSAC certification. She has a keen interest in physically training the military, fire and rescue, law enforcement, protective services, and other emergency personnel to improve performance, promote wellness, and decrease injury risk.
Main focus in this class will be resistance training. The trainer will then have the choice of mixing in cardio, core, mobility, etc.
