OBSTACLE RACE TRAINING
Tuesdays at 6:30pm
Runs weekly all summer long until September 19
Whether you are training for a specific obstacle race such as Spartan Race, Tough Mudder, Dirty Donkey, etc. or just want to try a different type of training, this class is for you. You can expect a challenging workout which will include conquering obstacles, learning new tricks, getting a good sweat on and of course having tons of fun! Non-traditional equipment such as ropes, tires, sledge hammers, monkey bars, sleds, rock/rope climbing, and much more are used every session.
