Are you ready?? Launch yourself into Training Camp!

Take part in the most complete football player development program and take advantage of FREE SUPPLEMENTS from CytoSport. 

Register for the month of August (starting July 31st) and go right up to Training Camp

Attend up to 6 workouts per week.

Tuesday, September 19 from 6-7:30PM

$39/person

This ‘hands on’ 1.5 hour session provides an opportunity for each participant to prepare new recipes with guidance from the instructor. There will be 7-8 items prepared and tasted throughout the fun evening event and you will leave with all the recipes that are prepared during the session. You can attend this fun event by signing up individually or can arrange your own gathering with a group of your friends or work colleagues as a unique evening out.If you've already been to one of Carla's cooking nights, every menu item you make this time is different! So sign up again!

Keep your eyes peeled for the opportunity to partake in some fun and games this summer!

Game Rules:

  • Keep an eye on our social media pages every second Saturday throughout the summer

  • Solve a riddle that will lead you to a specific location

  • Grab a friend and make your way there

  • The first 6 people to arrive at the location will each receive a free fitness class coupon

OBSTACLE RACE TRAINING

Tuesdays at 6:30pm

Runs weekly all summer long until September 19

Whether you are training for a specific obstacle race such as Spartan Race, Tough Mudder, Dirty Donkey, etc. or just want to try a different type of training, this class is for you. You can expect a challenging workout which will include conquering obstacles, learning new tricks, getting a good sweat on and of course having tons of fun! Non-traditional equipment such as ropes, tires, sledge hammers, monkey bars, sleds, rock/rope climbing, and much more are used every session.
