About Lindsay
Growing up in Moose Jaw, Lindsay participated in multiple sports including speed skating, soccer, basketball, badminton, track and field, and cross country. She went on to the U of R cross-country and track and field team for the 2013/2014 season and competed at the 2013 CIS cross country National championships. Following that season she switched back to speed skating and competed at the 2015 Canada Winter games for long track speed skating. Since then She has continued to play recreational sports including soccer and ultimate Frisbee. Lindsay enjoys working with the general population and athletes, helping everyone accomplish their fitness and athletic goals.


Lindsay instructs the following:
  • Cardio & Core
  • An all cardiovascular (CV) related class that may include Spin, Treadmill/Outdoor running, Versaclimber, Air Bikes, Rowers, etc. accompanied with core strength movements.

  • Dan's Women's Group- Open Small Group/Drop-in
  • Adult Group Training gives clients the benefits of private personal training, but with the added intensity of exercising with a group and achieving similar goals. Adult group training is affordable and fun, while providing accountability, encouragement, education, and social support. Your classes are led regularly by one trainer who keeps track of your progress and keeps you challenged. Training with same group of people also also for periodization and gradual progression in difficulty of lifts, which enhances the safety of exercising.

  • Spin 30 & Total Body
  • This class will include 30mins of spin accompanied by 30mins of resistance and core.


  • Spin 40 & Mobility
  • The majority of this class (40mins or 45mins) will be on the spin bike, then followed by 15-20mins of stretching and range of motion movements.

     

  • Cardio & Total Body

  • Shred
  • An intense full-body workout designed to spike your body's metabolic rate & get you stronger. Pull, push, jump, crawl & swing as you melt away the pounds.Whip yourself into shape through challenging combination of cardiovascular drills, resistance training and much more! No corners to cut - just hard work, sweat and fun!

  • Spin 20 & Total Body
  • This class will include 20mins of spin accompanied by 40mins of resistance and core.


  • Spin 40 & Upper Body
  • - The majority of this class (40mins) will be on the spin bike, then followed by 20mins of upper body resistance and core.


  • Mixed Athletics (Ages 11-16)
  • Many sports share common athletic attributes. Speed is speed, jumping ability is a jumping ability, agility is agility and fitness is fitness regardless of the sport. The techniques used to train these attributes are similar. Mixed Athletics offers general athletic training that transfers to any sport. Each 60 minute session progresses through speed, agility, strength and power movements, core stability, balance, and energy system development. Sessions are offered to youth ages 11-16

  • Stability & Strength
  • Balance and Stability is often an over looked aspect of fitness. We believe challenging your core and stabilizer muscles is a very important part in having a well rounded fitness routine.
    Stability and Strength consists of exercises that use "unstable environments" like bosu balls, bongo boards, and single-leg movements to restore the original condition of the body.
    Monday and Friday at 6:00 a.m.

  • Men's Group- Monthly
