  • Make the most out of your lunch hour with this fast paced class designed to maximize your time & effort. The Quickie combines high rep, large muscle group resistance training with anaerobic intervals and to get the most out of you. Leave all got on the floor in just 45mins.


  • Summer Volleyball Program
  • This Summer Level 10 Fitness will be offering a 12-week Volleyball specific training and conditioning program. This program is designed to help you jump higher, hit harder, react faster, and to increase your overall performance on the court.

    Program Start Date:
    June 12th - August 30th

    Days & Times:
    Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:00 a.m. OR 6:30 p.m.

    Price of Program:
    The program registration fee is $299 tax and includes: one hour sessions at the Level 10 Grant road location

    Program Informaiton:
    The program is open to all high school and club female players who are looking to improve their on court performance and overall fitness.

    Online home program via TeambuildR for a total of 5 workouts per week so you can train when you aren''t able to make it to the gym (4 strength / power days, 1 conditioning).

    There will be a testing date at the beginning and end of the 12 week program to test the athletes improvement on body composition, lower & upper body power, mobility, agility and core strength.

  • It’s your belly’s worst nightmare. Dynamic workout made up of high intensity interval training, full body movements and legendary core exercises to help maximize your results. Say goodbye to fat and hello to six-pack.


  • Mixed Athletics (Ages 11-16)
  • Many sports share common athletic attributes. Speed is speed, jumping ability is a jumping ability, agility is agility and fitness is fitness regardless of the sport. The techniques used to train these attributes are similar. Mixed Athletics offers general athletic training that transfers to any sport. Each 60 minute session progresses through speed, agility, strength and power movements, core stability, balance, and energy system development. Sessions are offered to youth ages 11-16

  • Stability & Strength
  • Balance and Stability is often an over looked aspect of fitness. We believe challenging your core and stabilizer muscles is a very important part in having a well rounded fitness routine.
    Stability and Strength consists of exercises that use "unstable environments" like bosu balls, bongo boards, and single-leg movements to restore the original condition of the body.
    Monday and Friday at 6:00 a.m.

  • Perform
  • This class will be geared towards the fit adult wanting to improve their overall fitness & Perform Better.
     
    Most of us spend too much time sedentary and this class is the one that will correct posture and muscle imbalances; improve aerobic and anaerobic fitness; increase strength power and muscle mass is desired; and lastly get your body to perform better than it ever has before or as good as it ever has.
     
    You will be encouraged to set goals and train to achieve them while one of our Certified Strength Specialists will motivate you all to choose something that challenges you to compete in and test your fitness.

  • Ride
  • Tuesday:
    Lead by Brendan Mackenzie who is a certified cycling and triathlon coach. With great energy and music that everyone loves to work hard to this spin is a can't miss! Not only will you work hard, sweat and have fun, but you will also see your fitness improve with each class.
     
    Thursday:
    In the spring and summer months Brendan offers those who want to get outside and run the chance to do so during the workout. Don't worry if you just come for the spin. Brendan splits the class in two groups you get what you came for!
    The Spin and run session is approx 45-50 min
    The stretch portion is approx 10-15 min

  • Ultimate Obstacle Race Training
  • OBSTACLE RACE TRAINING - SUMMER EDITION
    Get ready for your any obstacle race, mud race or adventure event you plan to conquer this summer at Level 10! Our weekly training sessions will get you stronger and build your stamina and you will gain the new skills necessary to conquer any obstacles. No race plans? Join us anyway! You can expect to be challenged, work hard, sweat and have ton of fun. Training will incorporate various equipment such as: tires, sledge hammers, ropes, monkey bars, climbing walls, sleds, javelins, and much more.

    Anyone is welcome. Join us or just give it a try with our drop-in option!

  • 30 minutes of fun powerful riding followed by 30mins of power moves, sculpting & core to get the most of out of your hour. One hour, one workout, one way to transform your body.




  • 20/20/20
  • A total body strength and conditioning blast. 20 minutes of heart-pounding spinning followed by 20 minutes of circuit training with a variety of sequences and equipment. Finishing off with 20 minutes of core work & stretching to complete a fun workout effective for all fitness levels. Guaranteed not to get bored in this class.


  • Warrior Wednesday-Open Small Group/Drop-in
  • Test your limits with this intense workout that includes challenging exercises like, handstand pushups, bouldering rock walls, sledge slams, and tire flips. Warrior Wednesday will make a Warrior out of you.

  • Adult Group Training gives clients the benefits of private personal training, but with the added intensity of exercising with a group and achieving similar goals. Adult group training is affordable and fun, while providing accountability, encouragement, education, and social support. Your classes are led regularly by one trainer who keeps track of your progress and keeps you challenged. Training with same group of people also also for periodization and gradual progression in difficulty of lifts, which enhances the safety of exercising.

  • This high-intensity class consists of 30 minutes of cardiovascular drills, mobility and finishes off with a full body lift; aimed at melting fat away and increasing muscular definition.

  • Feel the music and get your pulse to the max! From classic beats to today's hot grooves, this cycling class brings rhythm to your ride. Whether you're a serious cyclist or just starting out, this class offers a hard core workout. The ride is followed up with full body stretching that will leave you feeling long, tall and fresh for the weekend!
