About Cassandra
Cassandra is the type of person that will never go unheard or unnoticed. She loves working with and meeting all kinds of people and enjoys motivating them with her exciting and enthusiastic personality. She completed her undergraduate degree in kinesiology at the University of Regina and is excited to put her knowledge to work. She competed on the U of R Track & Field for her first two years of university and has a strong interest and passion towards rehabilitation because of her own experiences with injury rehabilitation programs. Her experiences include working alongside the strength & conditioning specialist for the U of R Rams Football Team as well as helped to administer workout programs for other athletes at the university. She has also worked with the Athletic Therapists at the university as a student trainer for the U of R Track & Field Team and continues to work with them to promote the care and prevention of injuries. Cassandra is working towards attaining her Strength & Conditioning Certification and is eager to continue her education with her new team. Her philosophy for training is to first do it right, and the rest will follow. As well as being thankful for the incredible things our bodies can do.


Cassandra instructs the following:
  • Sweat Shop
  • Power up the hills, blast through the versa sprints, take it out on boxing bags and experience what endurance is all about. This workout has it all! It’s a guaranteed breathless venture that will leave you drenched in sweat. Going NONSTOP so don’t forget your water bottle.

  • 30/30
  • 30 minutes of fun powerful riding followed by 30mins of power moves, sculpting & core to get the most of out of your hour. One hour, one workout, one way to transform your body.




  • Spin Fusion
  • Enjoy this spin and strength class that will pump up your cardio game and tone your entire body.

  • Mommy Bootcamp
  • Mommy Bootcamp is a group class that allows you to bring your sweet little one to workout beside you on a mat/car seat. Please note - we can only accommodate little ones that are not walking, as you are responsible for them while you workout.

  • Cycletherapy
  • Feel the music and get your pulse to the max! From classic beats to today's hot grooves, this cycling class brings rhythm to your ride. Whether you're a serious cyclist or just starting out, this class offers a hard core workout. The ride is followed up with full body stretching that will leave you feeling long, tall and fresh for the weekend!

  • Ride
  • Tuesday:
    Lead by Brendan Mackenzie who is a certified cycling and triathlon coach. With great energy and music that everyone loves to work hard to this spin is a can't miss! Not only will you work hard, sweat and have fun, but you will also see your fitness improve with each class.
     
    Thursday:
    In the spring and summer months Brendan offers those who want to get outside and run the chance to do so during the workout. Don't worry if you just come for the spin. Brendan splits the class in two groups you get what you came for!
    The Spin and run session is approx 45-50 min
    The stretch portion is approx 10-15 min
