About Maja
Maja has been a fitness enthusiast her whole life. She has been an exercise specialist with Level 10 for over 6 years and her passion for fitness keeps on growing. Maja has had an opportunity to work with large spectrum of people. She loves doing birthday and rock-climbing parties for young children, training athletes of any sport, level and age, assisting clients to lose weight, leading men’s groups, teaching spin and fitness classes or putting together challenging workouts for general population who simply want to get fitter. Given Maja played CIS basketball, has coached junior and senior high school players and has trained many basketball teams and players at Level 10, her expertise lies in developing basketball players on and off the court. Maja enjoys competing in tennis, triathlons and various running events. Her newest love is teaching yoga. She is excited to share her yoga practice and experience with clients at Level 10.

  • Women's 6am Group- Monthly Group
  • Adult Group Training gives clients the benefits of private personal training, but with the added intensity of exercising with a group and achieving similar goals. Adult group training is affordable and fun, while providing accountability, encouragement, education, and social support. Your classes are led regularly by one trainer who keeps track of your progress and keeps you challenged. Training with same group of people also also for periodization and gradual progression in difficulty of lifts, which enhances the safety of exercising.

  • Beattie Group Yoga - Private group

  • Men's Group- Monthly
  • Adult Group Training gives clients the benefits of private personal training, but with the added intensity of exercising with a group and achieving similar goals. Adult group training is affordable and fun, while providing accountability, encouragement, education, and social support. Your classes are led regularly by one trainer who keeps track of your progress and keeps you challenged. Training with same group of people also also for periodization and gradual progression in difficulty of lifts, which enhances the safety of exercising.


  • Yin Yoga ( 10 Punch or Drop-in only)
  • Yin Yoga is a slow paced, passive style of yoga suitable for all levels of fitness and flexibility. Postures are designed to safely apply gentle stress to the connective tissues that form our joints. Postures are held for longer periods of time, targeting the ligaments, tendons and fascia of the body. Yin yoga is a perfect balance to more intense forms of fitness training. Come give it a try to enjoy the many benefits of improved range of motion and flexibility while cultivating your inner calmness.
     
    Monthly Unlimited and Chiselled Punch cards cannot be used for yoga classes.

  • Grab some weights and get ready to lift! This full body resistance workout will tackle all of your major muscle groups. Improve your shape, posture and pillar strength by challenging balance and control using compound lifts. Squat, pull and press your way to a stronger, leaner and more toned you!

  • Cunningham Group

  • An all cardiovascular (CV) related class that may include Spin, Treadmill/Outdoor running, Versaclimber, Air Bikes, Rowers, etc. accompanied with core strength movements.

  • Spin Fusion
  • Enjoy this spin and strength class that will pump up your cardio game and tone your entire body.

  • Core Melt

  • Spin 40 & Upper Body
  • - The majority of this class (40mins) will be on the spin bike, then followed by 20mins of upper body resistance and core.


  • The Lift
  • Shape and strengthen your entire body with this full body workout that targets all of the major muscle groups. This class focuses on building strength with lower reps and heavy weight to produce stronger bones and muscle as well as increase your metabolism to help maintain a healthy body weight.
     

  • Holiday Small Group Training
  • Don't miss your private or semi-private workouts on Stat Holidays. Our Holiday Small Group Training Sessions give you more encouragement and education from your trainer in a small group setting. Your workouts are guaranteed to be more challenging and engaging!
