Summer Volleyball Program


This class is taught by:
This Summer Level 10 Fitness will be offering a 12-week Volleyball specific training and conditioning program. This program is designed to help you jump higher, hit harder, react faster, and to increase your overall performance on the court.

Program Start Date:
June 12th - August 30th

Days & Times:
Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:00 a.m. OR 6:30 p.m.

Price of Program:
The program registration fee is $299 tax and includes: one hour sessions at the Level 10 Grant road location

Program Informaiton:
The program is open to all high school and club female players who are looking to improve their on court performance and overall fitness.

Online home program via TeambuildR for a total of 5 workouts per week so you can train when you aren''t able to make it to the gym (4 strength / power days, 1 conditioning).

There will be a testing date at the beginning and end of the 12 week program to test the athletes improvement on body composition, lower & upper body power, mobility, agility and core strength.
