About Levi
Born and raised in Moose Jaw, SK, Levi attended A.E Peacock Collegiate, where he played football, basketball, badminton, and track and field. Following high school Levi attended the University of Saskatchewan on a football scholorship. At the completion of his 4th season with the University of Saskatchewan, Levi was drafted in the 5th round, 40th overall by the Saskatchewan Roughriders in the 2013 CFL Draft. He would go on to get the nod as the Roughriders Rookie of the Year and become a 2013 Grey Cup Champion in his rookie season. Levi has worked at Ignite Athletic Conditioning, Mettle Performance Training Centre, and is entering his first year with Level 10. Levi is currently training for his 5th CFL season and continues to stay active playing rec league basketball. In his spare time Levi enjoys hanging out with his dog, biking, hiking, and playing backyard sports with his friends.

About Ryan:
Growing up in Regina, Ryan was a true sports’ nut playing hockey, basketball, football, baseball and pretty much any other team sport out there. During his studies at the University of Regina, Ryan played football with the Rams Football Team for 4 years. When the opportunity came up, Ryan followed his passion and decided to become a professional football player. He spent 2 years playing in the CFL as a defensive end with the Saskatchewan Roughriders. During his competitive years Ryan had always trained with Level 10 Fitness and learned to value the benefits of strength and conditioning which led him to his decision to make this his career path. He enjoys spending his summers being active at the Katepwa Lake. Up to this day he is a huge advocate for team sport and loves to teach, coach and play them all.
All sessions will be at our Performance Compound located at  - 1425 McAra Street
