About Addison:
Addison brings with her a zest for life and a passion for helping people find their inner motivation. After obtaining her undergraduate degree in kinesiology at the University of Regina in 2016, she completed her certification as a certified exercise physiologist. Addison has been working as a personal trainer and coach since 2014 with a wide range of clients such was children, athletes, and individuals with orthopaedic injuries. Along with training clients, she also takes the time to counsel and work with at risk youth. Her athletic pursuits have been lifelong in all things outdoors but currently she commits her spare time to playing on several sports teams including soccer, team handball and flag football. Currently, Addison is working towards attaining her Level 1 CrossFit certification for coaching and looks forward to working with different types of athletes & clients. Her philosophy around training is to work hard enough, enjoy it enough, and keep coming back for more... while always smiling.

About Dan:
Dan Farthing has demonstrated a total commitment to excellence in his academic, professional and athletic careers. Dan is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the National Strength and Conditioning Association and a Certified Exercise Physiologist. He is a Consultant to the Canadian Sport Centre Saskatchewan and the Sport Medicine and Science Council of Saskatchewan. Dan’s passion for sport performance training is paralleled only by his enthusiasm for health and wellness. He believes that the principles that apply to sport training also apply to fitness training. Functionality is important for improved athleticism, but it is equally important for quality of life.
Dan graduated with Greatest Distinction from the College of Kinesiology at the University of Saskatchewan and was awarded the President’s Medal as the Outstanding Graduate at 2002 Fall Convocation. He continued his post-graduate education in the College of Kinesiology and Health Studies at the University of Regina and holds a Masters of Physical Activity Studies.
Dan's athletic career was centered in the province of Saskatchewan. After eleven years as a receiver with the Saskatchewan Roughriders, he currently sits third in all-time receptions and ninth in receiving yardage. He was a three-time nominee as the team's Most Outstanding Canadian and, in 1997 - the year the team won the West Division and was a Grey Cup Finalist - he led the team in receiving yardage. In 2009, Dan was inducted into the Roughrider Plaza of Honour. Dan became a Roughrider when he was drafted second overall from the University of Saskatchewan Huskies where he captained the 1990 National Championship team, and was honoured as All-Canadian, West nominee for Outstanding Player and the 1997 CIS Rookie of the Year.
 

Chelsea Ziolkowski

About Chelsea:
Growing up in Weyburn, Saskatchewan, Chelsea was involved in many different sports. She especially took an interest in hockey, volleyball, golf and softball. She went on to play CIS volleyball for the University of Regina Cougars and competed at the National Championship in the 2014 season. She continues to play competitive volleyball, as well as enters Amateur golf tournaments when time permits. Chelsea especially enjoys training general population and elite athletes and teaching spin and boxing fitness classes. Chelsea's passion is in assisting her clients reach their fitness goals and helping them push to achieve a strong and healthy lifestyle. Currently Chelsea is working towards a TSAC certification. She has a keen interest in physically training the military, fire and rescue, law enforcement, protective services, and other emergency personnel to improve performance, promote wellness, and decrease injury risk.

About Maja:
Maja has been a fitness enthusiast her whole life. She has been an exercise specialist with Level 10 for over 6 years and her passion for fitness keeps on growing. Maja has had an opportunity to work with large spectrum of people. She loves doing birthday and rock-climbing parties for young children, training athletes of any sport, level and age, assisting clients to lose weight, leading men’s groups, teaching spin and fitness classes or putting together challenging workouts for general population who simply want to get fitter. Given Maja played CIS basketball, has coached junior and senior high school players and has trained many basketball teams and players at Level 10, her expertise lies in developing basketball players on and off the court. Maja enjoys competing in tennis, triathlons and various running events. Her newest love is teaching yoga. She is excited to share her yoga practice and experience with clients at Level 10.
