Education & Credentials:
Bachelor of Kinesiology with International Distinction; Fitness and Lifestyle and Adapted Movement Sciences - University of Regina
Certified Personal Trainer, CSEP-CPT
About Steffa:
Growing up traveling I found that sport allowed me to connect with new people as well as strive for personal growth as well as personal bests. My involvement in sport ranged from soccer, basketball, volleyball, cross country, track, to field hockey. However, my true passion was found in Rowing. I competed as a member of the Regina Rowing Club, University of Regina, as well as Team Sask from 2000-2009 making many Provincial and National debuts. I am currently enjoying training for long distance running as well as hoping to break into adventure racing and triathlons.
With the completion of my degree in 2010, and my Field Work being completed in New Zealand as a Research Assistant with Auckland University of Technology, I hope to draw upon my education and experiences to provide the highest quality of knowledgeable training techniques and protocols as well as to provide optimal support to my clients.
Level10 maintains a high regard for continued education, as do I, so in order to provide clients with the best knowledge and training I have perused Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
