About Riley:
I was born and raised in Regina. I have always been involved with sport, throughout my childhood I played nearly every sport I could, but my passion was with basketball and golf. To this day I still remain very active, participating in both sports. As a high school athlete, I trained at Level 10 to help reach my performance goals for basketball. Upon graduating high school, I wanted to move into a study which would allow me to have a career where I could stay involved with athletics, and help people achieve an active and healthy lifestyle. I chose to major in Human Kinetics, with the goal of working with a mix of athletes, as well as to help people live a healthy lifestyle. As I progressed through my degree I became very interested in athlete training, which led me to complete my fieldwork at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. My experience at UNLV allowed me to work closely with a wide variety of division 1 athletes. When I moved back to Regina I wanted to finish my degree, hoping to join the Level 10 team and continue my career at the place that started my interest in personal fitness and training. I am very happy to be a part of such a great team, and I look forward to helping everyone meet their fitness goals!

Chiselled is a 10 week program focused on changing your body shape and increasing your muscle definition. Each Chiselled work out is focused on high repetition, low resistance training, combined with light plyometric and cardiovascular exercises. The Chiselled program will increase your lean muscle mass, burn fat, and accelerate your metabolism.

The Science.......How can the Chiselled program change my body shape?

The key focus of the Chiselled program is accelerating your metabolism (metabolic rate) by increasing your lean muscle mass which will help you burn fat, increase your muscle definition and re-shape your body.

The high repetition, low weight resistance training will ensure optimal muscle fiber recruitment, muscle fatigue and tissue breakdown necessary for developing lean muscle.
